I offer individual therapy sessions for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Sessions are available online for any residents of California. The initial intake session (50 minutes) is $185, and ongoing individual sessions (50 minutes) are $175. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions and help us determine if we’re a good fit.

Couples Therapy Package

I offer couples therapy to support partners working through communication challenges, conflict resolution, life transitions, and relationship growth. Sessions are available via Telehealth throughout California. The initial intake session for couples (50 minutes) is $235, and ongoing couples sessions (50 minutes) are $225. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to answer your questions and help us determine if we’re a good fit.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may be charged the full session fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you.

What is a Superbill?
While I do not bill insurance directly, if you have a PPO plan, you may be able to access Out-of-Network benefits. Upon request, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) for potential reimbursement.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service, and reimbursement is not guaranteed—confirm eligibility with your insurance provider.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected costs of therapy services if you are uninsured or not using insurance. You may request an estimate at any time.

If your final bill is $400 or more above the provided estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

I primarily offer self-pay therapy services. Payment is collected at the time of each session, and a Superbill can be provided for potential insurance reimbursement.

For clients wishing to use insurance, I work with Headway and Octave to coordinate care depending on your plan.
