What are your current fees?
- Initial intake sessions for individuals are priced at $185 for 50 minutes, which covers important information gathering.
- Consecutive individual sessions after that start at $175 for a 50-minute session.
- For couples, the intake session is $235 and subsequent sessions are $225 for 50 minutes.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- Accepted forms of payment are Health Savings Account (HSA), Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, and Square. Unfortunately, we do not accept any insurance at this time.
Where are sessions conducted?
- Sessions are provided via Telehealth through secure video sessions for individuals residing in California.
Wheat languages do you speak?
- I speak English and conversational Vietnamese.
What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 business hours' notice to avoid being charged the full session fee, as your time is reserved just for you.
What is a Superbill?
- I do not accept insurance, but if you have a PPO plan, you may be able to use Out-of-Network benefits. I can provide a Superbill for potential reimbursement, but this is not guaranteed—please verify with your insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and you are responsible for all session costs, regardless of insurance coverage.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
- Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of therapy costs if you’re uninsured or not using insurance. This estimate covers the expected total cost of services. You can request one before scheduling. If your bill is $400+ over the estimate, you may dispute it.
